Yes, we ship to almost everywhere around the world. Our customers come from all over the world.

2. How long do I need to wait for my customized items?
1) The general logistics delivery cycle of sea freight is 30 days 
2) The general lead time for express shipping is 7 days

3. What are your shipping / delivery options and costs?
We offer standard delivery and Express delivery options. Delivery costs will depend on the product selected and recipient location. You can view our standard delivery costs provided for your reference.

4. What is minimum order quantity (MOQ) when ordering cards and baord game form Kylin?
We do not have a minimum order quantity requirement. 
You can customize your products according to your needs, ranging from 1 unit to an unlimited number. Whether you need a small batch of prototypes or a large-scale production order, we can meet your requirements.

5. How to place an order for a new user?
1) Send files & sample cost for sample creation. Printing proofs sent for review within 3 days. Sample takes 7-10 days after proofs approved. Photos sent for review before shipment.
2) Place bulk order after sample approval. Production takes 30 days, sea shipping 45 days. Changes to sample possible, updated proofs sent.
3) Photos & video sent for approval before shipment. Production sample sent if requested.
4) Shipment sent with tracking number after approval. 

6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. What file format shall I use? 
We accepts files in PDF,.jpg, .ai, .tif, .png, and .gif. 

8. I want to personalize game components using my own artwork. Where can I find templates?
You can download the templates yourself from our website's "RESOURCES" section at https://www.kylinmanufactory.com/RESOURCES.html. Alternatively, you can email us and request the templates.

9. Are all materials used compliant with toy safety regulations? Environmental friendly?
Safety：All materials used for game prototypes ordered through Kylin are compliant with European and American toy safety regulations.
Environmental friendly：
- We use materials with FSC and GOTS certified
- Soy, algae, or water - based inks
- Clean- energy manufacturing

10. Is it possible to cooperate with other suppliers of customers?
Yes. We can send our parts to your other suppliers for assembly or ship together. You can also send your other accessories to our factory for assembly or ship together.

11. About Non-Disclosure Agreements and Intellectual Property.Can you help to modify or add content?
We can sign a non-disclosure agreement with customers and will not disclose any information about your products to third parties whether it is design or production or final transportation.

12. Quality assurance and after-sales service?
Quality: Whether it is a sample or mass production, we will use the same certified materials. The quality is similar to most games you'll find on store shelves. Our QC will also conduct QC during and after production. We also accept third party inspection.
After-sales: If our products have any product problems within one year, we will refund or replenish.
